Lee J. "Jim" Fabricius was an agronomist on the University of Wyoming’s Afghanistan USAID team from 1959-1963. His specialty was crop agriculture and he taught at Kabul University, Kabul, Afghanistan.

Patsy Fabricius was the secretary of the Wyoming Team Chief and the Director of Agricultural Research at the Wyoming team office located in the Afghan Ministry of Agriculture building in Kabul.
