Biographical Note
Sam Brenner was one of the sons of Abe Brenner, the owner of Brenner's Bakery in Seattle.
Content Description
1 term paper titled "Human Ecology: An Ecological Project of the Jewish Community in the City of Seattle, 1923-1938". In his project, Brenner traced the addresses, mobility, size of family, and occupations over the course of 15 years for 75 Jewish families living in the Yesler-Cherry Street neighborhood of Seattle. The participants are tracked by name and address and are asked their previous addresses and reason for moving within the time period.
