Photographs of Seattle City Light substations in the Seattle region. Depicted are construction of some substations and people working. Over 300 images of construction of the Duwamish substation taken between 1955 and 1956 are available online. Other substations available online are Bothell, Shoreline, Roxbury, Bryn Mawr, and East Pine. Substations included in this collection that are not available online include Arbor Heights, Fauntleroy, Ballard, Glendale, Harris, Mercer, Hazel, Oak Park, East Pine, Seward, Wabash as well as others. Aerials from 1978 of substations are included.View 1204-22 online.
