Historical Note
Seattle corporation organized to operate restaurants and liquor businesses. Organized by Aaron L. Jaffe and W.C. Kiesel in 1907, the corporation owned a basement cafe at Third Avenue and Pike Street in downtown Seattle. Following business losses, the original trustees sold out to Belle L. Jaffe and M. Herrmann. Apparently the business continued to lose money and arrangements were made in 1912 to pay all outstanding bills.
