Baker is pictured with: C. Henri Labbe (French Consul), A. W. Norblad (Oregon Governor), Lt. M. Bellonte, Capt. D. Coste, Julius L. Meier, L. C. Newlands, Capt. E. V. Petties, Edwin P. Knepper, Capt. Frank Erin, C. B. Peyton, President Woodrow Wilson, Native Americans at the Glacier Park Hotel and Carl Laemmle. Also includes photograph of a Portland City Aid Car with Chairman Jack Liuhn(?), Capt. Fred Roberts, Oregon Governor Charles H. Martin, Commissioner Earl Riley, Sec. of State Earl Snell and Dr. Raymond Staub.
