Administrative Information

Arrangement

The discs are arranged in two series. Series one consists of materials taken as a WSU employee, and the discs in this series consist primarily of photographs taken either for news articles (usually for WSU Today or WSU News) or for promotional advertisements. Most of the discs contain solely tiff or jpeg photographs, but a few contain video or audio files. These are arranged chronologically, with a very few discs of historical campus photographs arranged alphabetically at the end. Series two consist of discs of photographs and other documents used in the Pullman Community Update, a free newsletter produced since 1995 jointly by the City of Pullman, Pullman Chamber of Commerce, Pullman Regional Hospital, the Pullman School District, and Washington State University. The discs in this series are arranged chronologically by issue date.

Though four of the discs seem to have gone bad, they are still incorporated in the record, but are parenthetically noted as "bad."

Acquisition Information

The CDs and DVDs in this collection were donated to MASC by Tim Marsh on May 2nd, 2011, upon his retirement, and retained as UA2011-02.

Processing Note
