Biographical Note
Paul Smith Hostetler (1921-2002) was a member of the University of Washington School of Drama faculty from 1974-1988. He was director of the School from 1974-1984, and was president of the League of Professional Theatre Training Programs (LPTTP) during this same time. The LPTTP was incorporated as an association of schools devoted to the training and development of professional theatre artists in July of 1973.
