The Advisory Committee on Human Radiation Experiments was formed by President Bill Clinton, on January 15, 1994. Chaired by Ruth Faden of the Johns Hopkins Berman Institute of Bioethics. Final report published in 1995. Purpose was to evaluate information concerning the record of the U.S. government with respect to human radiation experiments.
