Frank Fielding (F. F.) Nalder was Registrar and instructor in history at Washington State College (now Washington State University) from 1903 to 1908 and professor of social science and director of the college extension at Washington State College from 1919 to until his death in 1937.

Typescript of a portion of a manuscript entitled “Vindication”, which includes copies of correspondence from 1863 between the Rothschild Brothers in London and the New York banking firm of Ikleheimer, Morton & Vandergould regarding the establishment of a National Bank in New York City. The manuscript briefly incorporates commentary regarding this correspondence. The collection also includes a letter between F. F. Nalder of Washington State College and S. W. Ness, a Yakima junior high school principal, indicating that S. W. Ness would send F. F. Nalder the typescript.
