Content Description
The collection consists of the log of the ship Princess Royal , December 6, 1791- September 13, 1792, May 31, 1793-August 31, 1793.
Commanders were John Brown and Adoniah Schuyler. From May 31, 1793 the log refers to the ship as H. M. packet, Princess Royal .
The log of voyages to Smyrna, St. Petersburg, Barbados, and elsewhere, refers to several skirmishes with French privateers.
