Historical Note
Mitchell Dana wrote six western novels during the 1970s, including "Beyond the Law" (1972), "Incident in a Texas Town" (1975), and "Beware the Smiling Stranger" (1977).
Content Description
Collection contains the original manuscripts for all six of Mitchell Dana's novels: "Beyond the Law" (1972), "Town Without a Prayer" (1972), "Gun Shy" (1973), "The Last Buffalo" (1973), "Incident in a Texas Town" (1975), and "Beware the Smiling Stranger" (1977). Collection also contains the galley proofs for "The Last Buffalo", "Incident in a Texas Town", and "Beware the Smiling Stranger". Copies of all six of Dana's books are in this collection as well.
