The Madrona History Project was a community archiving project that documented and preserved the history of the Madrona neighborhood in Seattle, Washington and was active from 1985 to 2016. Madrona is a neighborhood in east central Seattle. Nora Wood started the project in 1985. Betsy Darrah was another key figure in the project and finished the project after Nora Wood died. Additional people who contributed to the project include Mary Henry, Whitney Hazzard, Barbara McKeon, Richard Boerner, Nancy Pew, and Junius Rochester.
