Carl Weisbrod (circa 1907-1990) was a horticulturist, chemist and agricultural technologist who emigrated to Washington from Germany in 1929.

This collection consists of a single item: a typescript essay by Brian Weisbrod and Loren Weisbrod, "A Clear Vision: Carl Weisbrod, Dr. Edwin Schoop, and the development of clear filtered apple juice in Washington, with notes on the founding of Tree Top." The essay is illustrated with photographs from the authors' collection and newspaper clippings from a scrapbook kept by Carl Weisbrod's wife, Eva Weisbrod.
