Scope and Content: Continuing medical education committee records (1985-1992); correspondence, job descriptions, reports/studies, lists (1972-1997); course history files (1987-1994). Course files represent the bulk of the accession. They document the Medicine School's educational outreach to health care professionals in the Pacific Northwest through a variety of formats, including conferences, workshops, visiting professorships, mini-residencies, lecture series, videotaped presentations, and self-directed instructional materials. The records also provide evidence of the issues and medical/technical advances that were the focus of the period.

The meeting was sponsored in association with the Washington State Society of Internal Medicine.
