Scope and Content: Correspondence, photographs, legal documents and related material; 1863-1956.

Includes materials re Dickey's business and mining engineering activities in Seattle and Alaska, 1903-1939. The Dickey Family Papers, 1882-1956, includes correspondence, diary of W.A. Dickey (18886-87), legal documents, photographs, speeches, writings and other papers of Dickey, his wife, Maude Ward Dickey, the Dillis B. Ward family, 1863-1922, and other members of the Ward and Dickey families.

Scope and Content: Microfilm copy of the Mining "subgroup" (Box 1-8), all series except Legal Documents, Financial Records, Clippings, and Maps were copied. A selection of the Family correspondence subgroup relating to Alaska was also copied.
