- The Wesley Pratt Larsen papers (1802-2005) contain materials from Larsen's career as a biologist, as well as research on Utah history. Publications by Wesley P. Wesley Pratt Larsen (1916-2004) was born on the 29th of July 2004, 1916 in Kimberly Idaho to Charsles E. Larsen and Belinda Pratt. Larsen earned a Ph.D. from the University of Utah in 1960 in the subject area of biology. He completed some graduate studies at Stanford University of California/Berkeley. Larsen was the associate program direstor for the National Science Foundation. His research projects also were conducted for the Atomic Energy Commission for radiation biology and for Columbia University, where Larsen worked as a field observer for a rural education project. He passed away on the 29th of April 2004.

The Wesley Pratt Larsen papers (1802-2005) contain articles and research projects by Larsen. His research is mainly with Utah history, with a focus on Toquerville and the people who lived and migrated there. His papers also deal with the Church of Jesus Christ of Later-day Saints and Indian history.
