Biographical NoteReturn to Top

Orville L. Frost was a Professor of Veterinary Medicine at Washington State University. In 1963. he won the Carl Norden (now the Zoetis) Distinguished Professor Award, voted on by students. There is an endowment through the Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine named for Frost in Theriogenology, or the study of animal reproduction.
