Biographical NoteReturn to Top
Edward S. Hidaka, known as Shigaru Hidaka, died on March 29, 1989, at the age of 84. He was an Elder of the Japanese Presbyterian Church, past president of the Japanese Community Service, vice president of Shime No-Kai, Hyakuda-Kai, and past president of the Japanese Language School. He was also the co-founder of the North American Post.
