Content DescriptionReturn to Top
The William Lange papers (1980-1991) contain file cards, correspondence, newsletters, articles, and miscellaneous. Although this collection does not contain personal papers of William Lang, from the information presented Lang seemed to be a part of the National Republican Senatorial Committee or had another affiliation with them. The Utah political campaign materials, located in boxes 1 and 2, span from 1980-1991 with most of them concentrating on 1980-1986. They are in the form of correspondence, flyers, pamphlets, and pins. Lang was also part of an international management and marketing group called "Sandberg-Lang Associates" that operated in Africa, Europe, Latin America, and North America. "Lang International" is also mentioned in the materials. The military and veterans materials deal mostly with Fort Douglas, Utah. The Moroccan materials, located in box 3 folder 11, are a product of Lang's business dealings with Morocco for over 14 years. He lived there for around 4 years.
