Marjorie Smith (born 1921) married Oliver Kermit Smith on August 22, 1952, and was later tried as an accomplice to his murder. The man who planted the bomb in Smith's car, Victor Laurence Wolf, claimed a romantic relationship with Marjorie Smith, and that she had put him up to it. She was acquitted of all charges.
