The John Werner Welland papers (1951-2000) consist of materials that focus on Welland's career in the United States Air Force. Included are correspondence, diplomas, medical and personnel records, passports, death records, and other papers. Many of the materials in this collection result from Welland's years living in Spain (circa 1989-1991) and are, therefore, written in Spanish. Social Security numbers were cut out of select documents by the donor.
