North Cascades Foundation (NCF) was founded in 1971 with the mission of protecting and preserving the North Cascades' scenic, scientific, recreational, educational, wildlife, and wilderness values. The NCF provided funds to the North Cascades Institute, the North Cascades Conservation Council and other organizations. The NCF was dissolved on August 5, 2008.
