Biographical NoteReturn to Top
Barbara Roberts (born 1936) served in the Oregon House of Representatives from 1981 to 1985 and was Oregon secretary of state from 1985 to 1991. She was Oregon's first woman governor, serving from 1991 to 1995. Her husband was State Senator Frank Roberts, who died in 1993.
