Biographical NoteReturn to Top
Daryl M. Brotman was a political cartoonist, history teacher, and Democratic Party activist from Tacoma, Washington. Throughout his career he collected autographed portraits of U.S. politicians, including American presidents, U.S. Senators and Representatives, state governors, and ambassadors. Brotman was a delegate to the 1956 and 1960 Democratic National conventions and ran several times for the Washington State legislature.
