Tape-recorded interview conducted by Leatrice Kraft, 1/12/89, with transcript.
In Mr. Shiff's interview he recounts the impressions he received when he came here in 1972. He then describes the implementation of new methods of operation and the introduction of leadership programs, educational emphasis and the building of a viable fund raising organization. Mr. Shiff discusses Soviet Jewry, the Transcript, Young Seattle leadership, fund raising, and inter and intra community relations among other topics.
