Tape-recorded interview conducted by Mrs. Fannie Roberts on 23 February 1973 and covering the period 1923-1945.
Varon discusses how he emigrated in 1923 at age 8 from Ismir, Turkey to New York City and then moved to Seattle in 1924. He also discusses his business activities and religious and social life of Seattle Sephardic community in the 1930s-1940s.
