Scope and Content: Meeting minutes, correspondence, publications, project files, subject series, speeches and writings, financial records, posters, and ephemera, 1968-2001, with the bulk of the records consisting of project files relating to the committee's endeavors. Seattle Mayor Wesley C. Uhlman is a major correspondent, and there is a separate subgroup for the records of the Steering Committee.

Scope and Content: Handbooks, 1985-2000, that include committee history, articles of incorporation, bylaws, membership procedures, general rules, and lists of completed projects, honored citizens, benefactors, members, and chairmen of the Committee of 33.

Scope and Content: Project files, minutes, photographs, 1985-2004. Minutes include a small amount of correspondence, historical information, roster lists, reports, budgets, and other administrative materials related to the Committee of 33. Project files contain brief histories, descriptions of current conditions, and photographs of past projects sponsored by the committee between 1970 and 2004.

Scope and Content: "Committee of 33 Project Review," containing project files for every project completed by the Committee of 33. Project files have information about each project's current condition, background information, and whether there are plaques or recognition at the locations. In addition, some project files contain copies of letters, drawings, newspaper clippings, and other related documents.
