Papers document Saxberg's efforts to create the Organizational and Environmental program, which would become a new subarea in the Business School's graduate and undergraduate programs. There are also significant concentrations of papers substantiating his work on the UW. Committee on Intellectual Property, the UW. Task Force on the Impacts of the Elimination of Mandatory Retirement and on the Ad hoc Marine Studies Graduate Degree Committee.
