Professor of law, University of Washington.
Alfred E. Harsch was born 1901. Harsch was a member of the faculty of the Universtiy of Washington school of law, and was elected professor emeritus. He was a member of various university committees, the U.W. Counsel to State Tax Commission,as well as Governor's Mental Health and Mental Retardation Planning Committee, 1964-1965; Washington Statute Law committee, 1953-1964; Washington Committee on State Government Organization, 1954; committees of Washington Faculty Senate, 1950-1967, and chair of the University Senate, 1952-1953; and the University of Washington School of Law, 1961-1967.
