The Professional Woman's League was a Portland, Oregon-based social group founded in 1912 by librarian Mary Frances Isom for the purpose of enabling professionally employed women to socialize with one another. As of 2019, the organization no longer appears to exist.

The collection consists of the records and memorabilia of the Professional Woman's League of Portland, Oregon. In addition to correspondence, financial records, rosters, and yearbooks that list the organization's bylaws and members, the collection includes bound volumes compiled by the recording secretary with meeting minutes, reports, and clippings. The collection also includes a file of letters sent to the organization by notable figures such as the Irish dramatist and nationalist Lady Gregory and U.S. president Theodore Roosevelt.
