Biographical NoteReturn to Top

Lloyd Billings married Ethel Roe after her first husband, Eugene Roe, died. Eugene Roe’s father, who was referred to as Old Man Roe, owned the Broadway Theater and the Crest Theater. Both of which the Roe family built both in the mid to late 1940s. Ethel worked at both the Broadway and Crest.
