The mission of the Center on Diversity and Community (CoDaC) is to advance inclusive excellence through critical thinking and an ethic of care. The CoDaC employs a developmental approach to promote cross-cultural knowledge, skills, and awareness. The CoDaC conducts multicultural research, offers innovative workshops, and partners with departments/units to become more inclusive, accessible, and aware of their organizational cultures.
