The Classics Club is a women’s organization formed in 1931 in Salt Lake City, Utah with the purpose of studying literature. Membership was initially capped at 30, but has grown to its current size of 55 members, who, prior to 2007, met bi-weekly at the Lion House in downtown Salt Lake City, but now meet once a month at the same location. The meetings consist of guest lecturers, musical numbers, as well as spring and Christmas luncheons.
