The Anniston Army Depot ARPANET Guide was written by Tom Bowerman in 1981 and was intended for military users. This manual provides instructions for getting on ARPANET, messaging, running programs such as Basic and Cobal, along with filing commands. It also covers terminal to terminal communications. This particular manual was used at White Sands Missile Base.
