The bulk of the collection contains working drafts, meeting minutes, and marketing files for a business management simulation called Topexec; 1950-1996. This teaching tool, developed by Schrieber, provided experience in the typical decision making activities of senior executives in competitive business organizations. The design attempted to present the essence of the business environment, without the personal risks that are incurred in reality. The development of Topexec began in 1956 at the University of Washington's School of Business Administration. It wa designed for courses in the field of business policy, strategic management and similar categories.

Scope and Content: Correspondence, minutes, reports, subject files, newsletters, pamphlet, photograph, 1956-1972. Includes papers from a survey of community needs and resources, culminating in a community planning seminar in Feb. 1972 at which papers were presented on the ideal Jewish Community. Community members were surveyed as to what activities were their priorities and avenues were developed for involving community members. A series of subject files representing these avenues is included.
