The collection contains records from several state and local community organizations and is composed primarily of general administrative, campaign, and financial records, correspondence, newsletters and pamphlets, volunteer lists, audio and video tapes and reels, and artifacts.

Campaigns represented in the collection include, but are not limited to: Campaign for a Hate Free Oregon, No on 9, SOC-PAC (Support Our Communities), No on 13, No on Hate (Lane County), No on 9 (Lane County), CAD-PAC (Citizens United Against Discrimination), No on 20-06 (Corvallis), No on 20-08 (Springfield), No on 13 (Lane County), and STOP-PAC.

The State series (boxes 1-21) includes records from a number of state level organizations and campaigns. Material includes administrative records, correspondence, campaign manuals, election and voting information, donor and volunteer information, audio and video, auction, fundraising, and other financial records, artifacts and ephemera such as calendars, bumper stickers, pledge cards, and publicity materials.

The Local series (boxes 22-30) includes records from both major state campaigns ("No on 9" and "No on 13") as well as local initiatives. Material includes administrative records, correspondence, campaign manuals, volunteer and donor information, newsletters, pamphlets, and other printed matter, financial records, polling and voting statistics, publicity and media, ephemera, and financial records from the No Special Rights Committee/Oregon Citizens Alliance.
