Scope and Content: Hydroelectric power applications, settlement agreements, legal documents, environmental impact statements, feasibility analyses, draft reports, photographs, maps, sketches, bound Congressional Hearings, publications, and clippings.

Subjects are: the Elwha River Restoration Implementation effort, Seattle City Light's relicensing application to operate the Skagit River Hydroelectric Dam, and efforts to pass the Washington Wilderness Act. The papers also contain materials relating to the development of the book "Washington Wilderness."
