Biographical NoteReturn to Top
Alfred Geist Zantzinger (1936-2007) was a director and producer of documentaries on traditional types of music throughout the world, including musics of Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Cape Verde, Lesotho, South Africa, and Brittany. Zantzinger earned BA and MA degrees in folklore and anthropology from the University of Pennsylvania.
