The Northeast District Class B Tournament was a basketball tournament with regional high school basketball teams in 1953. Teams that played at this tournament were from Washington high schools in the following towns: Cheney, Reardan, Mead, Lind, Latah, Hunters, Newport, and Marcus. Eastern Washington College of Education hosted the tournament in Cheney, and the Associated Students of Eastern Washington College were sponsors of the tournament.
