The James Thompson diary consist of a transcribed copy of the original diary of a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Accompanied by photocopies of family correspondence and genealogical records. The transcibed diary is entitled, "A journal of James Thompson's travels while performing a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Great Britain in the years 1887 to 1889."
