Scope and Content: Two bound reports which include graphs, charts, maps, copies of correspondence and telegrams, clippings, legal documents, etc. The first report is "The Power Situation in the Puget Sound District, Summer of 1918; Facts Surrounding Application of Seattle, Washington, for Approval of $5,500,000 Light and Power Bonds" by S.W. Taylor, Jr., Engineer for District Committee on Capital Issues, Twelfth Federal Reserve District. Second report is "Copies of All Papers, Communications and Reports in the Files of Sub-Committee on Capital Issues. City of Seattle, Washington Light and Power Bonds July 15, 1918."
