Biographical NoteReturn to Top

Born in Marmara in 1888, Mr. Ovadia came to the U.S. in 1906, a year after his father. Mr. Ovadia was first a bootblack and then after he brought his wife to Seattle he was a fish merchant near or in Pike Place Martket for the rest of his life.
