Anne Applegate was the great niece of Jessie Applegate and the grandaughter of Charles Applegate who are known for establishing the Applegate Trail in Oregon.
Collection contains one, typed manuscript of Kruse's history of the Applegates in Oregon, particularly the Charles Applegate family of Yoncalla. Written between 1955 and 1960 from letters, diaries, and recollections.
