The collection contains minutes and other material from national, regional and local education association meetings, as well as correspondence, publications, and daily desk diaries/journals.
Series I: Convention, conference and meeting material includes minutes, agendas, circular letters, publicity materials, financial reports, and surveys.
Organizations represented in the collection are the National Education Association (1951-1954), the (regional) Northwest County School Administrators (1952); and the (local) Oregon County Superintendents Association (1949-1956), the Oregon Association of School administrators (1953), and the Oregon Education Association (1952-1954).
Series II: is a separate section of correspondence divided into incoming, in alphabetical order (1951-1954) and outgoing, in chronological order (1952-1953).
Series III: contains publications from the Oregon Elementary Principals' Association (1953), and the Oregon school Employees' Association (1954).
There are also eleven volumes of Woodsworth's daily desk diaries/journals containing weekly and often daily entries, 1945-1956.
Accession number 90.19.M/ Up 746, consisting of eight scrapbooks that document growth, activities, and educational trends of the Clackamas County School District of which Mr. Woodworth was superintendent. Also includes Clackamas CSD publications, reports, and bulletins.
