Content Description

This collection contains lecture notes, syllabi, and examinations used by Francis Wormuth in teaching various courses in political science at the University of Utah. Also included are research notes for Origins of Modern Constitutionalism and research notes and a manuscript for To Chain the Dog of War: the War Powers of Congress in History and Law . In addition, the collection contains manuscripts for a festschrift in honor of Francis Wormuth,d a small quantity of professional correspondence, and student notes from his days at Cornell University.
