Andrew Locy Rogers Jr. was born in 1854 in Salt Lake City but grew up in Sunset, Apache County Arizona. Andrew served as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Arizona in 1876 and in Great Britain in 1910. Andrew died in 1943.
