Biographical NoteReturn to Top
A. P. Carroll founded Olympicans, a booster organization in 1933. He also founded Puget Sounders Incorporated in 1947. It offered bus and boat tours of Washington from 1949 to 1970. He also promoted other projects such as the planting of rhododendrons.
