Judith Hallet is an award winning director, writer, producer, and documentary filmmaker, who began her career in Utah and is now based in Washington, D.C.. She is especially well known for her documentary "Witness to Hope: The Life of Karol Wojtyla" and her work with National Geographic.

Pioneering artist, architect and designer Anna Campbell Bliss has devoted her life to the creation of works of art that explore the complex intersections between art, technology, science, nature, poetry, mathmatics and architecture. The film looks at the astonishing range of Bliss's work, from small painterly and digitally based studies of color and light to architectural site commisions of immense scale. It also puts her work in art-historical context and traces her Modernist influences, including the Bauhaus school of the 1920s.

Architect Travis Price and his students from the Catholic University of America from the Catholic University of America designed and architectural installation on the island of Inishturk in Ireland. The studio, Spirit of Place, explores the connection between culture, landscape and the unique history of its inhabitants bringing back meaning into modern architecture - a new architecture of the 21st century. Over nine days, the students build a memorial on this remote, sparsely populated island, interweaving the construction with profiles of the people who live on Inishturk. Tale of the Tongs presents an insight into this emerging cultural landscape of modern architecture.
