One (1) scrapbook compiled by Arthur L. Crookham, long time City Editor of the Oregon Journal. He had an avid interest in the Civil War and was appointed by Governor Mark Hatfield to the Oregon Civil War Centennial Commission. While serving on that commission he wrote many articles commemorating events of the Civil War. Scrapbook contains newspaper articles, correspondence, addresses by Arthur Crookham, and maps relating to the Civil War, 1961-1966.
