Biographical NoteReturn to Top
Librarian Betty Wagner worked for the University of Washington’s Architecture and Urban Planning (now Built Environments) Library for 53 years. She grew up in Montana and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from UW’s School of Librarianship in 1951. Wagner was an intern at the library while a student and was hired as the library’s director days after she graduated. She retired in 2004.
